Initially my techniques were not known to farmers but after getting in touch with KVK, Manpur, Gaya and ATMA, Gaya slowly and slowly my neighbouring farmers started recognizing me and the practices followed by me.
After my vegetables got first prise in the distric level competition organized by departement of agriculture I came in limelight and various officials visited my place.I was send for training and exposure visit to various research institute and univercities.
In the year 2009-10 I have been given responsibiliity of running FARM SCHOOL by ATMA Gaya for rabi crops in which though it was only 25 farmers are to be trained but more than 25 farmers were trained by me.I was also engaged for seed production programme by Government of Bihar.
On 28 th of january 2010 Honarable chief Minister of Bihar Shri Nitish Kumar visited my place and admired my farming and given the title of 'Kisan Ratna' he termed the farming practices adopted by me as integrated farming system and since then several dignitaries including Agriculture production commissioner of Bihar have visited my place. approximately 1500 farmers of more than 14 distric of Bihar has visited my place and I trained them on the practices followed by me. Right now 50 farmer of block (24 block) of Gaya distric is getting training on Integrated Farming System by me at my fields this programme is sponsored by ATMA,GAYA.
